We didn't have a first dance though because we did a vaguely different sort of wedding.

What we did have was a string trio (cello, violin, guitar) playing while guests were sitting at the castle and waiting for me (things like Michelle (my name!) Casualty theme because the husband is a Dr as were many of the guests, Moondance, Faulty Towers, etc.

A composer friend, Barry (the guy who composed the Inspector Morse theme!) wrote a song for me to walk in as a wedding present. And then we had music for the signing of the register (Fly Me to the Moon) and music to walk out (Django Reinhardt's song used for Chocolat theme tune-- a fun, light-hearted, happy, lets-go-have-a-great-life song!)

Good luck choosing, and good idea to have a his and hers choice!Michellouihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16841678308675092702noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4694489102230407970.post-77372805317724215102009-04-20T19:18:00.000+01:002009-04-20T19:18:00.000+01:00I would be tempted to go for "It's The End Of The ...I would be tempted to go for "It's The End Of The World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)" by REM, but I've always been strange.

Nice blog.Mr London Streethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05141191628680903646noreply@blogger.com
